I remember hearing a phrase bounced around all the time during my days of trying to eat right and be healthy that went like this:
“You are what you eat” .... well since those days I’ve come to realize how true it is but MOST importantly I realize that this phrase is used by TOP WORLD LEADERS AND INFLUENCERS... especially in media, business and high tech. all of which are CONSTANTLY FEEDING US COMPLETE LINES OF B.S.💩 and if we don’t wake up soon we’ll all be taken down by what I will call “THE CANCER OF LIES”.
